As a Company that places immense value on nurturing relationships and supporting our Caregivers, our Open House Fridays have become a cherished tradition. These days are all about expressing our gratitude and showing our Caregivers just how important they are to us. Sometimes, the role of a Caregiver can feel isolating, but through Caregiver Open Houses, we ensure they know they’re the center of our world, and our office team is here to support them in every way.
Let’s take a closer look at some of the exciting activities we regularly plan to add sunshine to the lives of our valued Caregivers:
Artistic Expression: Encouraging our staff to unleash their creativity, we set up a paint station with canvases. Painting can be therapeutic, and it’s heartwarming to see their beautiful creations displayed around our office.
Sweet Treats Galore: An ice cream sundae bar is a surefire way to bring smiles to everyone’s faces. Our team chooses their favorite toppings and indulge together in a delightful ice cream treat.
Pampering Time: We understand the importance of self-care, so we offer “Mani-To-Go” bags, complete with nail polish and mini lotion. It’s a small gesture, but it goes a long way in reminding our Caregivers to take care of themselves, too.
Jewelry Exchange: Caregivers love connecting with one another, so we organize jewelry exchanges where they can swap accessories and share stories behind their precious trinkets.
Relaxation Station: We set up a foot soak station with fragrant bath salts. It’s a soothing experience that allows them to unwind and recharge.
Summer Vibes: In July, we embrace the holiday spirit with “Christmas in July.” Our office transforms into a winter wonderland, complete with decorations and festive treats, spreading joy and cheer.
Giving Back Together: One of the most rewarding activities is volunteering at a local food pantry as a team. Not only does this strengthen our bond with team members, but it also allows us to give back to the community we serve.
Open House Fridays have become an integral part of our culture, where we celebrate and cherish our Caregivers. At our company, relationships mean everything.
